Please note: Leverete Holdings utilises third part shipping companies therefore cannot and will not be held liable for any losses and or damages you incur as a result of the utilisation of the shipping related services offered.
PLEASE NOTE
- You will receive your order anywhere from 5-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed. We do not guarantee arrival dates for International packages due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, and/or delays on the courier’s end.
- After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two to five business days to process your order in our warehouse.
- Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and do not include custom fees or taxes, and are calculated utilising pricing obtained from the third party service providers utilised by Touching His Hem, therefore Touching His Hem cannot guarantee a fixed price of delivery to your delivery location.
International Manufacture Orders
Please take note Leverete Holdings supports and makes use of small scale Leverete Holdings is not in control of the manufacturing process in the country of origin, you as the client are therefore notified that extensive delays in delivery may occure when utilising this product purchase option.
Refunds on International Product Orders
As Leverete Holdings pays manufacturers upfront for any and all orders places there are NO Refunds available for such orders, you as the client are aware that the manufacturing process needs to take its course and when finalised and production has been completed your product will e delivered to you. Leverete Holdings will not in any way shape manner or form be held liable for any losses whatsoever the nature thereof.
Standard Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 5-20 business days for your order to be delivered. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. A tracking number from the third party couriers utilised by Leverete Holdings will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Once an order is shipped we are unable to cancel the order or redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the third party courier company utilised by Leverete Holdings
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Leverete Holdings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown
If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to leverete.com, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Exchange Rates
For ease of use Leverete Holdings utilises a third party exchange rate application provided by xe.com, Leverete Holdings cannot and will not be held liable for any inaccuracies.. The bank that has issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate.
TOTAL COST OF BUYING
With the facilitation of third party applications on the Leverete Holdings website hosted by wordpress.com you will have been provided with information and shipping costs for your items before you make the purchase. These costs may include the following:
- The product purchase price (including any applicable local taxes and handling fees);
- Customs duty, import tax and any local clearance fees applicable for your country;
- International shipping charges to your designated delivery address; and
- Shipping company surcharges.
You will pay for the product and the cross-border delivery in a single checkout on the Max Studio website. The total cost is guaranteed – it is pre-calculated and pre-paid, so you won’t receive any bills from the shipping company or a customs invoice. DELIVERY TIMES
Leverete Holdings utilises third party couriers to handle the national and international deliveries and logistics, Touching His Hem is not aware how the external third party couriers companies internal working operate and therefore cannot and will not guarantee a specific delivery time frame, all Touching His Hem can do is to make available to you the third party couriers time frames as they are provided by the third party couriers to Touching His Hem.
Your purchases should be shipped via international air or oceanic or any other mean as determined by the third party courier companies utilised by Leverete Holdings. On average, Express delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery time depends on a number of variables, and there may be delays such as bad weather affecting air transport, or a package being held for inspection by Customs. Leverete Holdings is not liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance.
Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, except post office boxes. However, in certain remote areas, there may be an additional delivery charge, or you may need to pick up your package from the closest service point of Leverete Holdings third party courier Shipping Partner.
CLAIMS
Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment and check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, contact Leverete Holdings customer service.
LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
No matter how carefully a package is handled, there are occasions when a package may be lost, or the contents damaged during international shipment. Fortunately, this doesn’t happen very often. Leverete Holdings international logistics is provided on a Cost Insurance and Freight basis, for genuinely damaged goods. All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including, but not limited to, lost profits, income, interest or future business).
If your package is lost or damaged in international transit, you will need to submit a claim within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
In order to get your purchase shipped internationally to you, certain personal information about you is provided to Leverete Holdings (including Leverete Holdngs affiliates and trusted suppliers and third party couriers as necessary), including your name, delivery address, phone number, the product(s) you buy from Leverete Holdings, the price you pay for the product(s), and the weight and dimensions of the package. Leverete Holdings will treat this information as private and confidential and will only use it for the purpose of providing international shipping and customs clearance services necessary to get your products delivered to you. RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

International Refunds – in the event that Leverete Holdings has negotiated a refund on your purchase of once off custom manufactured product you as the client are aware that Leverete Holdings has to request the refunds from the Wholesaler exporter and the Manufacturers, once the funds have been returned to Leverete Holdings your refund will be processed. Leverete Holdings does NOT advance process refunds due to these processes that need to take place.
Any and all such refunds will insure production cancellation penalties which will be deducted from any and all such refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
